This Privacy Policy explains how MiamiKiteboarding (“MKB”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit
miamikiteboarding.com, make a purchase, book lessons or rentals, or otherwise
interact with us online or offline (the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not
use the Services.

We collect information in three ways: you provide it, we collect it automatically,
and we get some from third parties.
A. Information you provide
● Contact details: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address.
● Order & booking data: items purchased, lesson/rental/tour bookings, dates, participants, waivers, preferences.
● Account data: username, password (hashed), profile details.
● Payment details: processed by our payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments). We do not store full card numbers.
● Support & communications: messages, reviews, feedback, incident reports.
B. Information collected automatically (Cookies/tech)
● Device/browser type, IP address, pages viewed, actions on site, referring/ exit pages, approximate location, session data.

We may capture photos/video at activities for safety/operations and promotion. If you do not wish to appear in marketing media, notify staff at check-in and email info@miamikiteboarding.com.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to delete it.
